Eye Candy & Must Read Needlepoint Blogs

Happy Friday!

There's a bunch of boring behind the scenes stuff (code for new computer) going on around the pad right now so I thought I'd share some great sites for you to enjoy:

Spinster Stitcher - A daily must read.  Coni is hysterical and very talented.  Stewy seems like the perfect little companion to Cocoa (I'm sure they have lots to commiserate about)

Bluebell Wood -- Lots of beautiful woven Goldwork.

Needlworks - My local shop extrodonaire.  Their finishing is f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s and fibers are incredible.   Kipper is darn cute, too.

Needlepoint Blog by Nimble Needle

Needlework News by Denise Fenton is a great blog resource

Needleworker Not in Paradise is a wonderful stitch journey

Nuts About Needlepoint  by Janet Perry is an essential morning cup of Joe and Cozy up to the 'puter w/ glass of wine twice a day type of read.  Be careful - this site is addictive and there is tons of great information here.

Ornaments by Orna Willis - lots of eye candy here!

Schoolneedlepoint - check out these great school needlepoint pieces.

These are many of my needlepoint-related "must reads".  If I missed your favorite or your blog - please leave a comment and I'll add it to the post.  (btw, did you know that having another blog post a link to your blog is a great way to boost up your SEO?)

Hydrangea, Lily, and Fern title picture: Stitched by moi several years ago.  Pattern came from a cross stitch magazine (don't have pattern at hand but will find if anyone needs source).  Stitched in Appleton and DMC wools using mostly basketweave on 14 count canvas.

See you Monday!  Hope you enjoy your weekend and some great Needle Art!
